By accessing or using the MathArchery website at matharchery.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

MathArchery reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Singapore laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our content without written permission

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, videos, and course materials — is the property of MathArchery and is protected under applicable Singapore copyright law.

Free resources made available on this Site are for personal, non-commercial educational use only. They may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial teaching purposes without prior written consent from MathArchery.

MathArchery offers a trial lesson at a subsidised rate for new students. The following conditions apply:

• Each family is entitled to one trial lesson per child per programme level
• Trial lessons must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or our contact form
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the trial slot

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the term or upon written confirmation by MathArchery.

• Fees are billed on a monthly or term basis as communicated during enrolment
• Fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced, except where MathArchery cancels a class
• Students who join mid-month are charged on a pro-rated basis
• MathArchery reserves the right to revise fees with at least 30 days notice

If MathArchery cancels a scheduled class due to teacher illness or public holidays, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a mutually agreed time.

If a student is absent, make-up lessons are provided at MathArchery's discretion and subject to availability. Absent lessons are not refunded.

A minimum of 4 weeks written notice is required to withdraw a student from a regular programme. Notice given after the start of a month does not reduce fees for that month.

MathArchery provides educational tuition services and makes no guarantee of specific academic results. Academic performance depends on many factors including the student's individual effort and learning environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, MathArchery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services.

The Site may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience. MathArchery does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
